A real conversation about your hair history
Before we touch a single strand, we want to know the full picture — past tension damage, scalp sensitivity, any product allergies, how your edges respond, and what styles have worked (or hurt) before. This isn't a form. It's a conversation, usually over the phone or in a 15-minute video call.

Photo references & honest expectations
Send us 3–5 inspo photos. We'll respond with what's achievable on your hair texture and density — and what might need adjusting. (We'd rather tell you no than disappoint you in the chair.)
A maintenance plan you'll actually follow
Together we'll map out a nighttime routine, a weekly refresh, and when to come back for a touch-up. Most knotless styles hold beautifully for 6–8 weeks with proper care.
Aftercare that actually works
You'll leave with a printed aftercare card, a small bottle of our scalp oil, and a follow-up text three days in to check how things are settling.

The fine print, honestly
A non-refundable $50 deposit secures your appointment and goes toward your final total. Deposits are transferable once with at least 72 hours notice.
Arrive with clean, freshly washed, detangled, and fully blow-dried hair. Add-on prep (wash, blow-out, detangle) available for $45 if booked 48 hours in advance.
A 15-minute grace period is built in. After 30 minutes, your appointment may be forfeited and your deposit kept. We respect your time — please respect ours.
Most appointments run 4–8 hours with one built-in break. Same-day completion is guaranteed unless otherwise discussed. Eat before you arrive and bring snacks if you'd like.
